Change And Move Forward
March 2023

Hosted and organized by Ballou alumni Robert Gregg and his organization “Support 2 Other People” “Change and Move Forward” encouraged mentorship, and the idea that those who have “made it” help young men who might need some help.  This ideal is one of the purposes and goals of Support 2 Other People.

Robert Gregg, who created "Support 2 Other People," was delighted by how well it went.  He said he plans to do it again in the near future to give Ballou Senior High School youth greater exposure to the outside world and to encourage mentoring.

Conversation at MacFarland Middle School
July 2024

Support 2 Other People was delighted for the invitation to come speak with the young men attending the summer school program at MacFarland Middle School in NW, DC.  The one-day event was to encourage these young men to begin thinking about a career as they begin to start High School soon.  All positive motivation for these young men and the follow-ups with them mean the most. Support 2 Other People will begin the first recruits for the mentor program.
